Kapil Chit Funds — not giving my chit amount after submitting all documents, kapil chits agents need money as corruption

I have prized a chit of 1lakh 50, thousand as i needed for my father's surgery
. I submitted all necessary documents. One month completed but i don't have response. The manager doesn't know how to manage. He doesn't even call and talk to ths customer. Worst service. They need commission to give my money. Agents need me money to process the documents. No one tracks this at high level. Do they agree if i don't pay money. Worst kapil chits funds. Never put any chit. Shankerpally branch. Hyderabad. I donno how to solve the problem.
