Kapil Chit Funds — not received money after auctioned chit

I have auctioned the chit on january 2020 with chit number fapt32f-35 in s r nagar. Still iam not getting money. I have visited thrice in s r nagar branch i did not get any information till now. I called so many times i did not get any right informaion, its already 45 days over. I dont know when will i get money. Seriously iam fed up. I need money its very energency right now
