Kapil Chit Funds — unauthorised surety | |||
Dear Sir, I haven't given stood as Guarantor for Mr. Ramana P Whose Kapil chit funds no is FVBT04F-25 but i have received Guarantor notice on April 04th, 2019 and the notice is dated on March 14th and it states i stood as surety and i need to repay his outstanding amount of Rs.7416/- with in a week and i m not aware about this chit and i m no where related to this and i did not stood as guarantor for Mr. Ramana.It looks like someone forged my signature and mentioned my address.
