Kapil's Salon — manager/receptionist :yesterday i had terrible experience with krutika who seemed to be manager

Yesterday i called kapils salon and requested the receptionist to call saleem as i have appointment for today. She then asked whats ur name i told my details then she told u dont hold any appointments for today then i told her that day before yesterday saleem told me to come after eight as it will be less crowded and from last three days that treetment cream is there on my hairs and i need to complete my service today as discussed earlier, so may be he might have forgotten to mention in register and so only i am calling to remind him that i am on the way and i[censored] cannot call he is so busy then atleast communicate the same to him as i also dont have so much time and my husband has some work but this lady kept on arguing with me like i cant give u surity and cant give appointment. I told dont u get one small thing in ur head he only asked me to come down so m asking u to inform him but she kept on repeating like a parrot he is busy he is busy... And then when i asked her name she was continuously fighting and blaberring on call, i kept on asking her name but she din even tell and kept on misbehaving. So i told i am coming to salon and there only i will talk to u. Once i reached i asked who was on call so she said i was there then when i asked her how can u talk to a customer so badly in such an insulting way then she started fighting with me on top of her voice she was misbehaving then i told her that what kind of stupid people are the who dont know how to talk to customer when u already did misbehaved and then also she was shouting so i also had to raise my voice so that atleast she should know how to run a good salon and how to treat a customer. She was behaving as if she has come right away from a place where everyday people are paid to misbehave as she was sounding so professional in misbehaving with customers and having a bigbad mouth. I went to this salon because of saleems feedback from some of my friends and took service worth 6 k and took membership too but this lady is really not fit to be in that place or else i[censored] guys or ok to have your standards down by misbehaving with customers then be it.
Height o[censored]nprofessional lism. Also when saleem started asking for help when he was drying my hairs this lady instructed everyone in front of me not to help him because i was his customer and he was suppose to complete my service, later when he asked someone to help one if his customer with hair wash she said no u take care o[censored]r customers nobody will help. Seriously i sure she has never worked for any good salons so far. I havee to so many salons but no where faced such ego and bad mouth issues that too with receptionist cum manager.

Someone should teach her how to behave and talk.
Saleem did a gud job he did keratin treatment but this lady spoiled the entire mood.

I had a haircut with the head stylist MANISH in Ahmedabad branch ( I doubt he is the head stylist) last week. The haircut costed be 580 INR).

The haircut I had was not at all good, I didn't like it, nor any of my friends liked it.

Hence, I wrote a Google review about the same. Now, today I just call the Ahmedabad branch to inform how bad the haircut.

I asked to hand over the phone to Manish so I could directly tell him. I told him it was a very bad haircut. Throughout the call, I never asked for a refund or anything else. He very rudely said if I wrote the bad review about him, to which I replied yes cause I did write a review. He got extremely pissed at this and said the following - "Jo karna hai karle, tunne kharab review daala toh ab mai koi help nahi karunga, jo ukhad sakta hai ukhad le" which in English means - Do whatever the ### you want, I won't help you cause you gave a bad review of me". You can check the call record if you want to. This is totally unacceptable behavior and I would like to take the concerned team to take some action else I'll have to file a complaint under bad customer behavior and negligence.
