Dear sir,
I have purchased a Karbon A1+ Duple mobile from authorised retailer Doon Telecom, Afzalgarh Bijnor of Karbon mobile. Meanwhile after 5 month my mobile suffers hanging and screen damage problem. I submit the same to service centre 24.02.2015 during my warranty period. But they still not provided my handset. I am in very trouble. I have communicated several time to both company and service centre but they always given me 10 days from 4 month. Pls solve my issue.
