Karbon Mobile — Delay in mobile service

Respected sir /madam ., i am sawan Kumar I summited my mobile to karbonn
service center at peragrhi 2 and half month ago (22/12/2015)but till
i am not find
my mobile.AT the time of mobile submition customer care
representative said to me you can got mobile after 1
month after submmition of mobile.
WHEN i called to customer care he/she always gave me 10
day and said you can got your mobile after 10 days, but
they only make me fool.
so, please TAKE some ACTION and give me my mobile back

no:KJASPDL1041215KR13508.This is my Hamble regust plzz take some
correct and strong step above my complaint.
