Silk galeria Adoor opens at 9 am. I went to change a churidar I purchased for my mother at around 0915. The staffs were so rude and asked me to come back later . I spoke to manager . He was also rude and asked me to go out of the shop. He said they don’t do any returns until 10 am. This is not mentioned anywhere in their policies. After spending money there what I got is insult.

Updated by Ratheesh Kumar Retnakaran Nair Staffs are staring at me like I am an alien. What have I done wrong. I paid money already to them. Is that the reason I am treated like this. I’ve told the manager that I will buy something more and I will pay the money. But he said it’s not possible. They think consumer’s time is worthless. I already had worst experience when I did the shopping initially and I posted a google review as well.

Correction- I was told that this is none of my business to talk about adding policy. They will do what they want. I went to shop after reading the policy on bill and website. Their time is money. But consumers time is not..
