Silk galeria Adoor opens at 9 am. I went to change a churidar I purchased for my mother at around 0915. The staffs were so rude and asked me to come back later . I spoke to manager . He was also rude and asked me to go out of the shop. He said they don’t do any returns until 10 am. This is not mentioned anywhere in their policies. After spending money there what I got is insult.

I went to karikkineth silk adoor in late april 2017. First, they are definitely wayy overpriced for the same quality clothing in other stores. Still, i spent more than 56, 000 rs that day. I paid in us dollars at 64.50 rate. Oh, and any discount? Hardly. And any gifts? 2 hankercheifs lol. Nakkitharamsss... A few days later, i went again to get net material for my sari blouses. Ended up buying a lehenga as well and bought lining material for...

We had a wedding purchase on[protected]. We bought everything and paid the bill too. The bill for every item was paid on the ground floor except an item (Shimmy). We were so busy with the wedding that we didn't check for every item. After a few days, we found shimmy was missing. We reached the shop and asked for the item and they were telling that since we haven't paid for the item they are not ready to give it.
The behaviour of the management was unethical and we are completely dissatisfied with their service. Please don't prefer them.
