They give a presentation and paint rosy picture. They them selves ahve very few properties sold to lakhs of people - so very rare to get vacation as per your need. What they NEVER disclose is No of members they have compared to no of properties they own.
They must be Govt regulation to ensure that transparency.
They claim they have network with properties which are 5 star (A lie they keep getting away with) but actually they are 3 stars or less, They publish the properties with different names - Nobody to check them This again should be stopped by Govt regulation /fines. Bunch of lies.
They get all the money upfront before providing any service and when the time comes when you need to go on vacation they behave differently leaving you with bad choices or the extra cost you need to handle.
I had taken a policy for 4L paid 45K upfront and asked them to let me get an experience of their service. They said it s not possible unless you pay in full. The service they provide is for 25 years and every alternate year I am also required to pay Approx 40K just ofr maintenance in addition to paying 4L upfront.
They are NOT ready to refund 45K I paid to them - everything is non refundable.
Their marketing guys have one objective - to make a kill on the day and get the money. Theyn they have no further obligation to the customer. My advise NEVER EVER fall for companies like KARMA or STARINNS etc. Was this information helpful? |
