Karma Group — I want to cancel my Karma Group membership and need refund.

I want to cancel my Karma Group membership that I took in[protected], as I was told that I will be able to book my holidays very easily, but my booking experience was very bad and I never used this membership so far. Now when I'm asking to cancel my membership they are saying that its not possible and I can only transfer this to someone else and I will have to find that "Bakra" for transferring my membership. Can you please help me with this cancellation and I'm also ready if they want to cut some money for processing and all that.
