Karnataka Bank — account debited 200 but payment not successful on online ossc junior engineer (civil)application form

Sir,
i was trying to pay the fees of rs 200 from Account no-[protected] on 17-Sept- 2019 timing- 14.10 PM for OSSC Jr Engineer (Civil/ Mechanical) Online Form 2019 Application no- JE86018086 through atm debit card on your gateway.After the payment was done it there was an error generated with code : Eferr021. Now the money has been deducted from the account but has not reached to OSSC. On their page the status is shown as payment failed retry payment. But when i try to retry the payment it says -"payment has been made for the same reference number". Kindly resolve this issue as by this i am not been able to proceed with my form whose last date is 29/09/2019. At least let me try to repay the fee as i am not concerned about the money but more about the
