Karnataka Bank — account opening issue | |||
I just want let you know that karnataka bank, hmt branch, nagasandra post, bangalore 73 is the worst customer service. Almost 4 weeks back i asked karnataka bank executive to open joint account and they said it takes approximately 8days to open the joint account and finally we filled the form and submitted to them. After several visits to the hmt branch, they are saying like almost 1months forms are pending and it is possible to open joint account within 1 month. It may take time and we cannot tell when it is going to open and u will get a message. Worst service from the executives.. Was this information helpful? | |||
