Karnataka Bank — Always server problems

Whenever I want to use any upi app, be it paytm, phonepe or google pay(these are 3 upi app I use) it always says Karnataka bank is experiencing payment failures try other bank. And when I use BOI bank it works. Sometimes it's really frustrating when I have money in Karnataka bank but not in BOI, shopkeepers think I'm lying, rikshaw drivers get angry, and yesterday I even pay the cylinder guy. Really Karnataka bank! Why? If I call customer care they make me wait nearly 20 minutes before picking call and then they say "Sorry our servers are currently down please call in morning". It was 2 o'clock and they say to call in morning. And this is not the only time it happens many times. Even the kbl mpasbook app also doesn't open and says server down. Only thing I'm glad is atleast ATM works. Please see to this problem. I'm really wanting to switch to other bank...
