Have deposited 47000 in the cdm machine in hampankatta branch (471), and it just took my amount inside and returned "transaction cancelled"message without any reciept, it didnt returned my amount (As other bank cdm return the amount if the transaction gets cancelled). Also there was no one in the atm to inform.
When contacted the branch which is attached to the cdm, have recieved very disappointing answer, and they were not reacting properly. There attitude over the issue was very irrensposible. They just said rudely that right complaint and will be solved in seven days. Since money was sent for the emergency purpose i wanted it to be sent on the same day or next day.. But manager and one lady staff was very rude and was not trying to help me. When i forced him to call ho he just called and simply reframed the sentence it will be solved in 7 days. Have never seen such a helpless and insensitive bank manager in any other bank. He doesnt even take the responsibilty of the cdm which is attached to his bank. He talks as if its of other bank atm.
Also, lady staff said cdm was not working, though there was no notice on the machine. If it was not working then why there was no notice? Also manager was not enquaraging for the using of cdm, instead he ask to use bank though whole world is going for digital.
My question is its a simple technical issue, and why customer has to wait for 7 days to get resolved. Why cant bank immediately react on the issue and solve the problem immediately?
About the cdm software, its outdated, and it has to be updated to return the money if the transaction gets failed. Was this information helpful? |
