Karnataka Bank — Debited money without any reason

Dear Sirs
Greetings!!!
I have an account in Noida Branch & i got a message in my registered mobile regarding debit of INR 10000 while i didn't does any transaction of such amount and to attend the family function i am out of Delhi since 2 days and when i visited to one of our nearest branch and explained the case then their reply were not satisfactory, in this regard i want to know that from where and by whom my balance has been debited,
below is the message details :
ur Accountxxxxxxxx011391xx has been DEBITED for Rs.10, 000.00/-NFS-CWDR/[protected]/[protected]:18:5-xxxxxxxxxx413567-clear Balance is Rs.28.70(29:12:2015:00

I am staying in a big town Siddakatte pin code 574237 which comes in Mangalore. You all promised within 2 months there will be branch here. But still no update
