Karnataka Bank — Failed online transaction but amount debited from the account

Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Prajwal Thapa, did 4 online transactions on 27/2/2017 of Rs. 1500 each to ICAI out of which 1 transaction of Rs.1500 failed due to poor internet connection but amount of Rs.1500 was debited from my account whereas amount was not credited in the account of ICAI.
I kindly request you to refund the amount.

Yesterday I HV made wrong a/c no [protected] instead [protected] amount 20000/-... From Kotak Mahindra Bank card no [protected] ...My mail id is nkbs.nkbs ...So plz make me favour n get my amount back
