Karnataka Bank — I didn't get my money from my friends

Address:23, Anna Nagar, kangeyam pudhur, tirupur, Tirupur, Tamilnadu -641604

I paid my loan that transaction was successful but purchase didn't confirm. They initiative there refund process . Still I didn't get that money.
And I get another loan but told your bank didn't respond?
