Karnataka Bank — Im complaining about money deduction

My account is with Karnataka Bank Ltd Bhatkal branch 581320

There is a deduction of Rs 590 charges for what reason is this amount debited kindly update i have always maintained sufficient balance in account.
If its done wrongly please refund the said amount
