I am pratima and have joint account with my mother in ur bank (banaswadi branch). I had requested for updation of my phone no. Through written letter in bank on 31.12.2018. They said within 2hrs it will be done. But till now no confirmation msg from them. Now I am not able to activate or do new account from my mobile. [protected]

Sir above mentioned as today when I do imps of Rs 4000 beneficiary account.its not credited to beneficiary account but in my account is debited
So i kindly request as well as soon clear this transaction
