Karnataka Bank — Karnataka Bank amount debited in the name of DIRDB Charges

Karnataka bank has deducted 590rs for 3 times from 2/2/2022 to 3/2/2022 & I called to our branch bank directly & they are not responding correctly they even not ready why is this amount has been debited. Kindly help me to refund my amount.
