Karnataka Bank — money not refunded

I sent 1100 rupees to another account but the money is not added to the receiver account but the money is debited from my account. If i contact bank they said that we are transfer that money. But the receiver account not get that money. Please refund it. The date of transaction is 11 jan 2019. The beneficiary bank is saying we don't know about that transaction. We are not getting money contact your bank. My bank saying we transfer money please contact beneficiary bank account. Who wii i contact
