Karnataka Bank — need of new lost atm card from other branch

I am at bangalore and my atm card is stolen. I have my karnataka bank account in my home town. I am working in bangalore. I want money and when i go to apply for new atm card the branch peopl said they cant issue new atm card.. It is emergency to get a new atm card what can i do? Dear Team,
I need to reset my debit card APM pin, kindly let me know the procedure for the same.

Note, as I am out of india advise a feasible procedure to follow.
I need to know the pin for registering for online banking.
