Karnataka Bank — Non receipt of tds certificate and careless attitude of your branch staff

I have sb a/c with your west patel nagar new delhi branch. Manager and staff are very careless and do not offer any services to senior citizens. I have asked them for tds certs and am being harassed whenever i approach thme. Even interest certs are being issued wrong with no explanation. I am fed up with them and would like to close my account. This is a useless branch of your bank. Please instruct your branch manager or mr tarun the guy issuing tds certs to talk to me on [protected]. I have sent then 4 or 5 mails, more than 10 calls and couple of letters but all guys are sleeping and earning their salories just sitting and gossiping.
