Karnataka Bank — product not delivered after making successful payment

Online order no #5542. Plased on 22 march 2020. For purchasing digital watchvbut till today i have not received my product as per order plased and money paid.
After committed with all concerned, they suggested file the charge back form. Some correspondence mail and payment successfully made msg attached for more reverence.
