Karnataka Bank — Refund issued from Amazon but not credited to my Bank account

My name is Pankaj jha and I had ordered a product of RS.(1499), Catvision Advanced 2 in 1 Set Top Box, in Amazon on 31 /12/2021 & I returned this order due to faulty performance my order number was[protected] of ₹1499 . And on 2/1/2022 Amazon initiated the amount to my account number but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but my Karnataka Bank says that we can't track this reference number we cant do anything thing from here .
So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My account number is [protected], Karnataka Bank kandivali east, mumbai .
My refund is still not credited to my account, Refund Reference Number is[protected] send by Amazon.
