Karnataka Bank — Regarding creation of 3d password

Respected sir/madam Recently I opened a account, took debit card to use as I am away from home. Whenever I try to registeration for verified by visa it shows sorry and asks to update number in branch but everything is updated there. If I call for the helpline they say it is due to server down. All the time same reply. Please help me to overcome this problem. I really need this problem fixed.
