Karnataka Bank — reversal of money transferred to loan account,

Dear Sir, I am having 3 SB accounts in various branches of Bank, on 3rd of June, I inadvertantly transferred a sum of Rs. 25, 000/- from SB account[protected] to my loan account No. [protected], instead of my other SB account. This operation is done through my mobile banking.When I noticed the mistake I immediately contacted both the branches (K.G. Rd.Blore and NCM Hubli, to transfer back the amount to my SB account, as it was sent
by mistake, however, i do not receive any satisfactory response from both branches. They are passing the buck to one other. Please let me know whether it could be done or not, if not then please find out the reason, and inform me, as my all loan accounts are quite regular.
