Karnataka Bank — wasting much time for simple work

Sir i have a saving account on your raigarh branch. For simple tasks like creating a fixed deposit in branch employees are wasting my huge time. They asked me to come next day for simply providing me the receipt, and at the next morning when i reach bank they asked me to come at evening. Giving me excuse of poor link.
