Karnataka One / Bangaloreone — Complaint about behaviour and inefficiency of staff

Hello my name is Kalyan. I am here at bangalore one Gunjur for updating Aadhar for my wife. Upon enquiring around 8:45 am, we were told that the tokens will. Will be served from. 8:30 am. And asked us to wait outside. I enquired again at 9-10 am and I am told that I came late but still they will do me a favor and help me.
Couple of issues
1. They were URGUING that I came late
2. When asked again, then they said that there are no token BUT only a form that needs to be filled and the server is down and will start serving once the server is up and running
3. There was no communication to us about the server issues but keeping us waiting outside for hours
4. No staff is wearing mask, posing threat to the customers.

The name of the staff is Bhasker.
