I see that there is no customer response on the Bangalore one site in Nagarbhavi. However waiting for a prolong time and could see only 3 people around in the whole location who iz very discriminating.
Came down to raise a request for the katha transfer however the person said the server is down waited for almost 3 hours. During the same i could notice that there were able to process the katha transfer request of 3 other people who came after me.
However i see that there are no suggestions box or a complain number or email id displayed on the board. When asked the employees started screaming on why the information has to be shared.
Request you to immediately display a escalation matrix on all the locations for a easy customer experience.
