Karnataka One / Bangaloreone — Help desk not responding I have paid traffic fine and amount successfully completed but bill not cleared from you

Hello i had paid my traffic fine reg no KA 22 EU 6641 paid 780fine payment was done money debited but bill didn’t cleared this is very bad being a government department the people are getting disappointed due to this issue spending money and not getting the bill what is this trying to mail from yesterday not getting response from the department its been more 28hours since i done payment solve my problem as soon as possible or else this complaint will go further with serious issues to as regulating the payment, under PSS act
