I had recently applied for BMTC student pass and these are the problems I faced. Firstly the number of BMTC counters are very less and I have to travel to the JP Nagar branch even though I live in talaghattapura. Secondly I have not been able to collect my BMTC pass from the past 2 days. On the first day i was told by the staff there that the BMTC pass service was not available even though I had already schedule an appointment at that branch. The reason given by then was the person in charge of issuing the pass was not available and I was I sure that the past will be available the next day. On the next day when I walked into the branch I observe that all the staff there were busy with chit chat and watching movies on the mobile phones. They were not even willing to respond when I was asking them about the status of my pass. Finally after I was heard I was told again that there was a technical glitch and I should come again tomorrow. When I asked what the problem was the staff they would not clarify further and just ignore me. I hope that the consumer complaint department is not as incompetent as the staff there and look into this matter thank you.
