Sir I have booked 8 rooms in Karnataka Bhavan, tirumala, Tirupati for date 22.04.2020. Due to Covid 19 pandemic, darshan was cancelled as well as stay. I have submitted necessary documents to devasandra Bangalore one centre for refund of amount. No one responding properly for the same. Every time when I call, they people transferred . I have called New co ordinator by phone no [protected] last month and today's also. But proper answer am not getting. Kind action is requested to refund the room cancellation amount.
