Karnataka State Open University — B tech certificate and final semester result pending 2015

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have completed my B.Tech Mechanical course from IIVE pune institute (KSOU University) . My 8th semester result and degree certificate is still pending since 2015, Even after continuous follow up I am not getting any positive response. Hence requesting you kindly look into matter and help me, Also find attachment of fee paid for last semester.
Reg.No - 121331LBTME0150
Requesting you to support me as soon as possible, I badly need my degree certificate for getting my visa. Thanks in advance
