I have taken addmisson innl btech computer science in 2011 from ksou mysuru and passed out in 2014, i have sumbitted the fee of degree and provisional, provisional is recieved but degree isn't recived till, many time follow up by institute they are saying go to ksou office but in delhi there is no office.
Please help and resolve the issue.

Hi

I was passed Btech mechanical engineering in Jan-2014. I did not get my original certificate. University personal not giving proper replay. Kindly let me know how can I get original certificate. Provisional certificate and mark sheet i got after 6 month.
