Karnataka State Open University — Did not receive my Btech Degree Certificate after a completing in 2015

I attended the final semester exam of b tech in 2015 august (Roll no : 121071LBTME31395). I received the mark list and provisional certificate from ksou.
I paid the fee for BTech certificate in 2016, but i didn't receive till the date
