Karnataka State Open University — fake marksheet and certificate

I have taken admission in karnataka state open university in the year 2013-14 through their approved study centre "virtual education trust" (Vet). After completion of all the semesters, when i asked for my provisional certificate, they have provided me a letter certifying that i have completed my mba and provisional pass certificate and degree cannot be awarded due to administrative issues, which will be issued later. When i have submitted that certificate in my office, i got to know that ksou cannot issue certificate as it has been derecognized by ugc in 2015 with retrospective effect from 2013-14. I have lost my precious time along with my money and more over ; a chance for promotion because of which, i have to wait one more year to get promotion. All my efforts regarding my promotion went in vain due to mistake of some miscreants who have played with the career of students. I want to bring into your kind notice that i have lost the opportunity of hike of rs. 120000/- p. A. Apart from the amount i have spent on the fees i. E. Rs. 12000/- per semester and books purchased for studying; exclusive of the humiliation i have been through and state of depression that i have been dragged into; due to the actions of the university. I request you to kindly take strict action against the university and compensate me adequately for the financial loss and mental trauma. I am enclosing mark sheets and certificate issued by university for your reference. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
