Karnataka State Open University — I did not get my marks card even after completing my Online Executive MBA

I Keerthi Pramila S, had enrolled for Online executive MBA (July 2014 EMBA(HR) ) . After successfully completing the course in 2016 I did not get the marks card / certificate, even after contacting the university several times. I have attached the provisional certificate for reference.
