Karnataka State Open University — I'm complaining about convocation certificate.

Hello Sir/Madam,
I was completed my B.Sc.IT from KSOU in June 2012 but still I did not get my convocation certificate. As I was applied 3 times for the convocation but I did not get any proper response from there. I emailed them a lot of times but there were also not get any response over email. Please help me with that. Without a convocation certificate, my career is ruined. Thank you in advance. I'm attaching a document copy of the marks card and receipt of my payment for convocation.
