Karnataka State Open University — Non receipt of Convocation Certificate

Please note i have applied for Convocation certificate during April 2022 and till date i havent received any update from them. I called still no proper answer. Even my sister also did MBA and requested for the same in the year 2016 till date she didnt get her MBA Convocation. SO please take some action and do the needful. I need to migrate some other country so need this certificate Badly.
