Karnataka State Open University — Non receival of btech degree

Dear Sir,

I have completed my btech in civil engineering in 2016 but untill now I have not recieved my degree certificate and I have done from the Algol franchise of KSOU and Maharaja institute of engineering and technology ( MIET, JAIPUR).

My enrollment number was 111071LBTCE0201.

Please help me at the earliest.
