I am registering this complaint Regarding not getting Orginal degree of my Brother Raghu Ram who completed his B.Tech in CSE from Karnataka State Open University in 2015. enrollment number is 124213LBTCCS066. He got All semester mark list but did not get O.D. Due to this he facing problems in professional life. so please help me to Solve this issue..
