Karnataka State Open University — not got my b.tech degree in civil engineering

I got admission in b. Tech civil engineering in karnataka state open university in 2011 my roll no. Is 111041btc0016.
I have cleared all 8 semester but i didn't get my degree till now.
I am waiting for my degree since last 3 years.
The person who was my study centre incharge has not received my call.
The web site of academic collaborator is not working and they are replying my mail also
Please help.

Sir I have passed B.tech in electrical engineering in year 2015, I have received provisinol certificate but not received Degree till date while I have deposited DD fees for degree in 2017 my enrollment no is 111072LBTEE0351

I need my m tech transcripts but unable to contact ksou...very unprofessional.

They are playing with students life...disappointing everyone.something should be done.
