Karnataka State Open University — not received the marks card of my b.a. degree

I have completed my b. A.in 2008 from karnataka state open university mysore. My roll number is 11266. I have also visited the university for the in april 2019. But till today i have not got any reply from their side. I am in need of these marks cards for my further studies. I kindly request you to help.

The people there never receive the phone calls, i keep calling them almost everyday.

The person on the other end never picks up the call. They are least bothered about the students and their grievances

I have completed my MBA - Project Management from KSOU, but because of my institute I could apply for degree. I have my all mark sheet with me. Now, i want to know How and what is the procedure to apply the degree certificate for the MBA(PG) course.
