Karnataka State Open University — Provisional & final certificate of b-tech in electrical engineering-2015 not received

Dear sir/madam,

I am continuously following up for my b-tech provisional and original certificate but nothing is happening. Sir my financial condition is very poor because i am unable to get any job due to original certificate. I kindly requesting you to please arrange to provide my Provisional & final certificate of B.Tech in Electrical engineering which I was completed in Jan/Feb 2015 .
