Karnataka State Open University — Roll Number 1021DMBA0263 - Convocation certification for MBA IT Program

I have successfully completed my MBA IT program years ago but still I have not received a convocation certificate for the same. My Roll number is 1021DMBA0263 and my study center is MICE Udupi. I have hereby attached all my original marks obtained from KSOU. I have consistently followed up with my study center MICE Udupi over these years and everytime they convinced me and did not support my cause.

Hence request you to kindly help me obtain my deserved convocation certificate as I have to produce the certificate to the organization that i am currently working.
