Karnataka State Open University — unable to get my diploma in computer science convocation certificate

Dear sir
I completed diploma in computer science[protected] year, but i applied for convocation certificate and pay amount also but unable to get my diploma convocation certificate, when i contacted ksou university they told me that case in court and as per ugc instruction we aren't provide you any type of document, but what is my problem is i am working my company asking conversation certificate what can i do, please help me asap.
