Karnataka State Open University — verification of mark sheet and how I can obtain my degree

I have completed my b. Tech in mechanical engineering in aug. 2015 from ksou. I had received all semester mark sheets from my study center but they are not giving any support to obtain my degree certificate. When i called on ksou contact no. Provided on their website, they were not answering my calls. So please guide me how to verify my all mark sheets and how can i obtain my degree from ksou. I am attaching picture of my eighth semester mark sheet for your reference.
