Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — amount deducted but ticket not booked

Hi i'm abhishek, i booked a ticket from bangalore to kukke for 20th jan 2020 on 10th jan 2020 at 9:40 am. I have contacted the customer care and escalated the same. They said to book again and the amount will get refunded with in 7 days.
Again i tried to book the ticket on 13th jan 2020, but again amount got deducted but ticket not booked. Totally 1188 rs has got deducted from both the transaction. Please refund the amount so i can book again.

Requesting a immediate reply. If not i'll take necessary action through consumer court.
