Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — Belgaum enquiry no. [protected] speak in a rude manner with people.

I had called on 23 Dec 2020 around 10.30 am for equiry related details but the person on the other side of the end is not speaking properly and in a very rude manner. I had just enquired him about the bus details he is saying that enquiry is some other no. But is not providing the details even about the no. So I am registering this complaint to take strictly action and teach them some manners how to speak properly with the customer and not in a rude way.
